SHUTTLE INFORMATION:

Welcome Party – Thursday

Pick-Up

  • 6:50pm Sun Valley Lodge (Baldy Bus Loop)

  • 7:00pm Limelight Hotel

Note: Only one shuttle at each location. Please be prompt!

Drop-Off (10:00 PM)

  • Departing from Sage’s House, returning to both pickup locations.

Wedding Day – Friday

Pick-Up

  • 4:00pm Sun Valley Lodge (Baldy Bus Loop)

  • 4:00pm Limelight Hotel

Drop-Off (9:30–11:30 PM)

  • Shuttles will leave the venue periodically and return to both hotels.

Redfish Lake Day – Saturday

Pick-Up

  • 10:30 AM – Hailey Elementary

  • 11:00 AM – Limelight Hotel

Drop-Off (5:00 PM)

  • Buses depart Redfish Lake and return to original pickup spots around 6:30 PM.

Are there Ubers in Sun Valley?

Ubers and Lyfts are extremely limited, so if you plan to do much exploring outside of town, such as hiking or any outdoor activities, your best bet will be to rent a car. Car rentals are available at both the Boise and Hailey/Sun Valley airports.

Please also keep this in mind for evening outings. If you plan to enjoy a couple drinks at bars, we recommend staying close to downtown Ketchum!

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate a plus one for everyone. All invitees will be indicated on your invitation.

Are kids welcome at the wedding?

We're excited to welcome you and your little ones to the Welcome Party and Lake Day! However, we kindly ask for the wedding ceremony and reception to be an adults-only celebration.

Is there parking at the wedding?

There is plenty of parking at Trail Creek Cabin. That said, please take advantage of the shuttle during the wedding day. We'll have complimentary shuttles running from hotels in Ketchum to the wedding reception at Trail Creek Cabin (see above).

What kind of shoes should/shouldn't I wear?

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place on grass, therefore we recommend chunkier heels or sandals. That said, we will have heel protectors for narrower heels. The reception area is fully paved.
